General

These terms govern all orders placed with IPARTSPRO (VAT BE0502737241), Rue Gallait 4, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Trade accounts & pricing

Wholesale pricing is available to approved trade accounts only. IPARTSPRO reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject any trade account application at its discretion.

Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is applied according to Belgian and EU regulations, including reverse-charge treatment for valid intra-EU B2B VAT numbers where applicable.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once accepted by IPARTSPRO. Payment terms (invoice/on-account or card) are agreed per account. Stock availability is confirmed at order confirmation, not at browsing time.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are confirmed on the order invoice. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns & warranty

Defective parts may be returned within a reasonable period for inspection and replacement or credit, at IPARTSPRO's discretion. Parts damaged by improper installation are not covered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
